Top Chefs To Deliver Pop-Up Breakfast For Charity

On 18 October Jared Ingersoll, Justin North and Matt Kemp will execute the menu, which will be made using fresh produce sourced directly from the markets.

“Sydney Markets is delighted to be hosting our first ever pop-up breakfast at Sydney Markets Flemington dished up by Sydney’s much loved celebrity chefs,” said Brad Latham, CEO of Sydney Markets.

Money raised from the event will be donated to OzHarvest, a not-for-profit organisation that prevents food wastage by delivering unwated items to those in need.

“Sydney Markets has been a strong supporter of OzHarvest and contributed to many of our events of this year.

“We are honoured to be their partners once again for this event as funds raised will help increase the awareness and support for the work that OzHarvest does,” said Ronni Kahn, the organisation’s CEO and founder.

After breakfast, visitors will be afforded the opportunity to explore the Sydney Flower Market, Sydney Growers Market, Sydney Produce Market and Sydney’s Paddy’s Market.
