BCD Travel will showcase its latest mobile and traveler-facing technology at the Technology and Innovation Pavilion during the 2015 Global Business Travel Association Convention in Orlando.

Visitors to BCD Travel’s technology kiosk at GBTA’s inaugural Tech Pavilion will get to see and interact with new and coming technology firsthand. Among the offerings on display will be TripSource and Traveler Engagement Messaging.

A free service developed exclusively for BCD travelers, TripSource offers a colorful, iconic, easy-to-use, consumer-grade experience from any device. Used by over 500 companies in more than 100 countries on more than 300 types of smart-devices, TripSource puts itinerary details in a convenient digital folder in a traveler’s mobile device.

TripSource also lets travelers add trip details—like meetings, conferences and dinners. The service includes real-time flight alerts, maps and phone numbers, helpful tips on company policy, expense reminders and company-specific policy messages between trips. Coming TripSource releases will let travelers book hotels and ground transportation, store receipts and chat with their travel agent via IM.

Traveler Engagement Messaging lets travel managers influence travelers before, during and after their trip with customized and well-timed advice that supports program goals.

Registered GBTA attendees may visit BCD Travel’s kiosk in the Technology and Innovation Pavilion from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, July 27 and 28, and from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 29. In addition, the company will conduct 30-minute demo sessions at 3 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and 9 a.m. Wednesday.
