Deep Blue introduces MyDeepBlue Dashboard

deepblue-adminDeep Blue Communications announced today the release of their latest product MyDeepBlue Dashboard for hotels, large indoor / outdoor venues, amusement parks and conference centers across the country. The MyDeepBlue dashboard tool provides a single interface for data on network uptime, bandwidth utilization, room and device status, speed test results and more. The product will be showcased at HITECH 2016 at the Deep Blue Booth # 1517.

“MyDeepBlue gives hotels, stadiums and other large venues a 360 view of their WiFi infrastructure, utilization and a full suite of analytical data to ensure all guests enjoy a quality WiFi experience,” said Brian Epstein, CEO of Deep Blue Communications. “With this easy to use tool, our clients can see where the issues are and optimize network performance for guaranteed uptime and connectivity.”

Deep Blue Communications engineers, installs and supports WiFi networks across North America, focusing on hospitality, retail and large entertainment venues. It has more than 1,000 clients, including Planet Fitness, Marriott and Wyndham Hotel Group. The company offers several WiFi options, including social media authentication for customer demographics and insight, and a full suite of data analytics and reports.

“Properties want to ensure they have uninterrupted WiFi for the best guest experience,” said Epstein. “With this new software, they can log in anytime and quantitatively see that everything is working. Clients can even access guest survey data, support ticket status and revenue reports for a comprehensive assessment of network performance, guest satisfaction and ROI.”
