i think this operation style will be a new trend for hospitality industry,as more hotel it build, more difficult for them to manage effectivity,as each country has different culture,so it is good to find local company to manage it,they not only understand the culture, but also know the skill of how to communicate with the people in that country, but hilton has to face the risk,if the operator does not have a good mangement of the hotel ,the brand of Hilton will be affected, develop a successful; international brand is not easy,,to break it up is just free minutes, because tourist they travel around, if they have an unhappy experience in there, they will tell other one, then nobody will come to your hotel,so it is essential for Hilton and other hospitality company to have a tight observation of their operator if they use this way to manage the hotel.

  2. Hilton Worldwide and TCC Land Group are collaborated each other. The hotel will as well accept a fully-equipped business centre and an controlling attic for the accessibility of business travelers searching for added services.
