Amadeus subsidiary Newmarket International has acquired Hotel SystemsPro, an Atlanta-based provider of sales, catering and maintenance software to more than 4,500 hotels, mainly in North America.

Hotel SystemsPro’s lead product, Hotel SalesPro, is designed to automate the entire sales administration and catering delivery process at hotels and other hospitality businesses, with a focus on mid-tier properties, Amadeus said in an announcement Monday.
The addition of Hotel SystemsPro will beef up the offerings of Newmarket, a cloud-based information-technology provider to hotels.
Amadeus purchased Newmarket in 2013 for $500 million.
Last month, Amadeus purchased Netherlands-based Itesso, a provider of hotel property management systems.
